ABHIBUS-Bus Ticket Cash Refund on booking failure transaction

Dear Sir, On 13th Oct22 @night 00:19 hrs, while booking tickets from Bangalore to Belgaum, cash deducted two times extra and at third time tickets booked successfully. Plz help to get my refund back on deducted cash. Even I have received couple of emails from abhibus saying request initiated for unsuccessful booking with transaction No, details find the attachment. One 1330.20/- rs credited and another 1330.20/- rs are yet to be credited back to my a/c.Requesting consumer court to do needful
