Jio Fiber-Connection cancellation

I had taken Jio fiber connection on 13 July 2022. I was offered a pack of 6 months for rs 4240 and was told I will get additional one month free post completion of 6 months. I was never informed about any trial period or installation charges as they said its free. Within few days had issues with service disconnect and poor service from Jio due to which I requested to cancel my account. My connection got disconnected on 6th October 2022 and i returned the devices to Jio in very good condition.
