Lifestylestores-Lifestyle didn’t refund my money back and not even responding

I had purchased a pants from lifestyle store , as I didn’t liked the fitting I returned it. As per lifestyle policy they refund it . So I mentioned them to return my money in my bank account. But first of all they given me credit in their website which I don’t needed. Then I called customer care to transfer my money to my bank account but till this date they send me wait for 72 hours every time when I call and email them. No body have this much time.
