Bharat pe -Speaker issue from Bharat pe finteck company

I am using Bharat pe qr code in my shop since long time. Past 2 month i ordered speaker from his application. They told if I have problem in my speaker then his company replacement speaker. Then my speaker not working from 1 month. I request for replacement. His company gave me 10 days for replacement. The date was 8 October. But no response from his side. Then he gave 20 October for replacement. But today no response from his company . please strictaction against Bharat pe company .
