Vinay shankar Mishra-Buisness fraud

One vinay shankar mishra claiming to be the representative of M/s star impact, malerkotla pb. and we placed an order of Some sports shoes worth Rs. about 18000/- with him thought to be he is from M/s Star impact Malerkotla,and deoisited Rs. 18000/-in the their account of bandhan bank account provided by him but when enquired from the Star Impact people they said it seems to be a fraud person and does not belong to them. And asked me to lodge a complaint against Vinay to the police.
