Oyo booking-Cheated

I booked an oyo room by phone but when i go to hotel they said that they dont recieved a confirmation message from oyo but when i called oyo customer care they told me that i was checked but it could be possible even i did not checked in , in Hotel . I raised complaint against it and oyo customer told me that i will get my refund with in 24 hr but still i didnt got my refund . Incident was of 15 oct .
