Adidas-Refund not recieved

I had ordered a pair of shoe from adidas’s orginal website. I recieved the shoes and paid through cash at the time of delivery. Due to some issue I returned the shoes. The shoes were collected by the delivery agent. But since then I have not recieved any refund, even after repeated follow ups.
