I have ordered a 3set of casserole for Rs999 from naaptol .They delivered me a damaged one.I called them and said the damaged product will be replaced.Today i got the delivered product which I felt so sad that the gaved me a product which of no relation to the product.It was a cheap chopper base.why are they cheating we are paying the money .I want my money to be refunded otherwise I will go for any other options
