AIR INDIA-Amount deducted but ticket not confirmed

My self yudhisthar kumar I have booked Air India flight ticket on 27 Sep 22 time 1945 hrs from Hyderabad to Delhi .the traveling date 04 Nov & flight no AI 840 the amount have deducted from my acount which is 3937 INR but ticket is being not confirmed and I have contact same time to AIR INDIA Customer Representative they check that and told about refund of my amount within 24 Hrs but its no refund again I have contact them again they give timeline 72 hrs but the same reason not refund again .
