Elcone -Complain against cheating of Elcone site

As on 12/09/22 I have placed an order for a refurbished mobile set.payment was made by online by Debit card. Transection no is Ecom-225523995259 & order no-172153 amount rs.2360. But now I know this is a frod company. Now please help me to solve the metter.
