Byjus-Subscription Cancelled & Amount not refunded

i took Byju’s subscription on trial basis for my son who is pursuing 5th Standard by paying money of 5000Rs. From Byju’s a Person called Mr. Vasmi Krishna ( 6366012188) came to my house and he insisted to make payment on the spot. Made false promise that if we dont like the product within the 15 days will refund immediately. As per their terms and conditions free trail will be for 15 days and after that if we want to cancel the subscription money will be paid back.
