Axis Bank-Unauthorized Transaction

on 8/8/2022 there are 2 Unauthorized transaction from my account Rs 500 and Rs 10000 . The bank credited my 500 Rs but 10000 rs was rejected . How is it possible that one transaction is proven unauthorized and major transaction of 10000 rs has rejected ? I dont have done this transaction and there are fault in your ATM machine . I have all the evidence on paper and I can proof my claim . Please look into this case and solve under your best efforts and guidaance
