Meesho online selling app-Defective product received

I ordered a jewel set at meesho received delivery of the product but the product is not what i ordered it was a broken jewel scrap i raised a complain through meesho helpline they asked for the photos of the product and after mailing it to them they said that order was not processed my meesho and they cant help me with any post purchase assistance and this is not the first time it was happened earlier one time and that amount was also not refunded
