Goibibo-Refund

I booked the hotel Sun view jain Sector 35 Chandigarh on 5/12/20. Booking ID: HTLEFL6H5N because of some issue with the quality of hotel i didnt stayed there. Hotels MD Punit Jain agreed for Full Refund and said the same to goibibo. But still they didnt refunded my money and making useless excuses at first and now they are not replying also.
