Meesho-Return of the product

I have ordered a dress from Meesho on 16 June 2022. Which I have received on 25 June 2022. I want to return that product because of poor quality so tried to call costumer care and also written so much of mails. But they are continuously promising me for the return with in 72 hours and it around 1.5 month but still no one came to pick that order. The order was of Rs444. Here I have attached some of the snap of email conversation with the Meesho care other than that I called around 15 times
