Gati ltd-Delay delivery of consignment

I have booked store on 28th July and store reached at Agartala on 5th Aug on time thereafter my lying there till 14th Aug and they not given satisfactory reply about delivery. When ever I asked they replied gadi jayegi to dekhete hai. Whereas they charged me 2500 extra for delivery of store till my destination Teliyamura ( appx 50 km away from Agartala) Finally I have received store from Agartala office.
