Some people are running an Instagram and WhatsApp account selling mobile phones and scamming peoples money -Online scam by selling mobile phones

I came across an account on Instagram thats was selling second hand mobile phones and I thought of getting one as the prices was very reasonable. I paid them 5775rs through upi. Now they dont reply to my messages and calls anymore.
