Weaving Homes-Amount not being refunded despite delay in delivery

Placed order on 30th July, the website said order will be delivered in 7-8 days. On 7th Aug i wrote to the contact email and they shared tracking details which showed the parcel was in delivery location and it was not delivered till 13th Aug. i informed the team at weaving homes, that i need the order to be delivered in 1-2 days as it had reached the delivery location on 9th Aug as i had to move to another city for work. There was no response on email,whatsapp and Instagram. No they won’t refund
