Toyota-Fake Insurance/Documents Provided by the dealer

I had gone to Nippon Toyota Towers, Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala, on 15/02/2019 with my innova crysta to claim the insurance but they did not give the entire insurance amount. They gave unnecessary excuses for not giving me entire insurance. Since it was the time of renewal of my vehicle insurance, they insisted me to renew the insurance. But the NON CLAIME BONUS(NCB) was not added, without taking any insurance claim. I filed consumer complaint twice but no action was taken.
