Rwa strawberry hills -Scratches on my car under the supervision of rwa

My car has been parked under the society rwa and I have been paying my dues in time . A chowkidar / watchman has been employed the check and paid duly by society too . My newly brought car has been scratch by random person which was parked under the parking . Surveillance cameras has not been deployed there n in case other cameras are not working to check who was the culprit I would request rwa to compensate the damage has been done . Other wise whats the point of paying to rwa monthly dues
