Quicker jobs -Fraud

I got a call from quicker jobs in Friday saying that as I have purchased plan of rs 197 to as updated plan now they are going to help me to find a job they ask me to pay amount 2560. Later for prm 7560 to confirm the job after that they were asking 12k this time I rejected and demand for my refund he told me to call after 1 day i call him on sat he told me if u want to get your money back u have to pay gst amount oh 18% he then i paid 1821 sill not given my refund
