Flipkart -Received product completely different brand

I have ordered a product 28.06.2022 and I received the product 05.07.2022 completely different,i request to replace the product they 1stly cancel the request and after that they provide replacement time 12.09.2022. i want need to refund or exchange of the product in 1 week.
