Kwabey fashion company -Refund in bank account

I ordered 4 tshirt from kwabey fashion after online payment while ordering i returned it same time . Ive already talk with customer care for refund money in my bank account but he refund in wallet . Ive already complaint against this already 5-10 time but always give any excuse.
