Myntra-Order Undelivered but showed as delivered

I have placed an order for Uptownie lite women pink animal print high neck on 26th June from Myntra, My order number is 1208062-0795474-0408703, Invoice no l1923PP000013623, Packet Id 6932112996 it was supposed to be deliver on 5th july but it hasnt been delivered yet, When I checked it yesterday that why it is taking so long, I saw that the order was registered as delivered but is not delivered & when I contacted the customer support they are saying it is not their responsibility.
