Money has deducted from my account by fraud company -Some fraud company has debited my money from my account

Okay it was like these from their company i ordered one product and it was delivered too but the product has not same as shown so message them to refund my money back they gave me step for refund like how to request a refund from their company opposite they debited my money they ask me receiving pin which was my UPI Id pin what to do i am totally hopeless
