Online scam-Fraud

click a link it says work from home and there someone was talking on whatsapp. He said I need to purchase so i did and before refunding my money, it put on freeze account where i cannot touch the money, he said to continue purchasing higher price and then i can withdraw my money. At first he said i cannot withdraw my money after three purchase and then after some conversations he said i can withdraw after one purchase, which is not what he said before.
