Jio fiber broadband-Security deposit refund

I have requested for surrender of jiofiber connection on last week of September,2020.On 3/11/2020,2 person s from jiofiber collected the router and said that security deposit will be refunded within 15 days.Till date, refund has not been done,i have complained several times on jiocare helpline but everytime i get the response as they are looking into the matter.I have CCTV footage of the persons coming and collecting the box.
