Axis Bank-Intial funding refund

When I was opening my account online they asked for intial funding which I proceeded through upi which was processed on my end but they labelled it unsuccessful and I had to pay again for onboarding. I was written on site that my amount which unsuccessful will be refunded in 7days.transaction Id 026010539461
