Amazon-Amazon sold fake product to me

Amazon sold fake copy product of realme earbuds 2 to me, and now refusing to return it or replace it, i know the return period was only 10 days after receiving the product, but when i realised its about 5 months gone, now they are even not taking action on seller, also i hace visited service center of realme, there i found it duplicate.
