On line purchase fraud-Complaint against sbi Panaji Secretariate branch for not refunding amount debited by fraud

Had purchased one pesticide from Amazon for 299 on 17-10-21 . Psyment made by SBI card. On 19-10-21 got a message from SBI for debit of my account with 2999 fir payment fvg Ebooks. Not used my card on 19-10-21 nor purchased any books or anything after 17-10-21. Reported fraud on line on specufied nos of SBI and also submitted cimplaint letter imnediately on same day to SBI branch against their acknowledment.
