MobiKwik-Loan Status still says Active and asking to pay emi, even after closing Loan(10 months) ba

I Have taken a loan using the MobiKwik app for the amount of INR 50,000/- , and after few months I pre closed the loan by paying the remaining amount and shared NOC to MobiKwik, but unfortunately in the MobiKwik app its saying still EMI needs to pay and the loan status is still active, I have raised several tickets raising my concerns on mobikwik app, but no luck, i request to take action on this issue.
