Vignesh agency,269, J. Nehru Street, Pondicherry 605001-Tailoring machine and stand poor quality

I have bought a new tailoring machine on 17.10.2020 with stand from Vignesh agency, Pondicherry. We did not used till now. Today we opened the machine and try to run it. But machine stand bottom connecting rod found with damage. We asked to come for service but they denied. Its hurting and we need the money back by returning it.
