Flipcart-Not able to return the damaged product

I have orded a mosquito net for my granny..product which I have got was damaged..I tried to replace..the delivery boy came and said,he cannot carry as the package is big.later the van will come and take..after that no one came and not able to contact them..I have tried on their customer care number also,not picking the call..
