No refund money-Cancelled flight tickets due to cyber problem

Midnight..between Date 3 and 4 of November 2020, l booked flight ticket from Imphal to Delhi and return also through make my trip, payment Rs 28576 was done from my bank account, everything was finished and got payment successful then automatically hang.. not complete the ticket but deduction money not refund till now.. Please refund money
