State Bank of India -Unauthorized deduction from my account

On Sept 19, 2020 an amount of Rs 98226 (ninety eight thousand two hundred twenty six) was deducted from my salary saving account No 20080628974 and transferred to GST pooling account No 36959659285 through Internet banking without my knowledge. Bank assured me that the case will be clarify and refund the said amount within three month. But still I dont got my money. So please help me to refund my money.
