Arrow NNNow company, www.nnnow.com-Product return not fulfill and mental harassment and discrimination

Return the item ordered from www.nnnow.com but not picked up by them and so not refunded the money. Again and again, they made me for false promises of pick up and refund and kept making me wait with mental suffering and pained time for more than 45 days. Finally they denied service for this item only. I have served notice to them for taking a action against this case and to compensate me appropriately.
