B9 Beverages Pvt Ltd-Refund due on Deposits, Undelivered Orders and Bira Promotions

On 04/02/20 we paid Rs.20000/- as a Refundable Deposit to B9 Beverages. On the 27/02/20 we participated in their "Bira 91 Turns 5" promotion wherein we were to get a 55% reimbursement on the order which amounted to Rs.16150/-. On 20/03/20 we placed an order of Rs.13090/- for supply of kegs. That order was not delivered. Total dues to us is approx Rs.42000/- Mr.Shibalik (9731791134, 7349739623) was the vendor in-charge assigned to our account.
