Goibibo.com-Refund for credit shell against cancelled booking of flight during covid times

I had booked a ticket for Indigo flight from kolkata to bangalore for april 4, 2020. My flight got cancelled due to covid lockdown. I was directed that I can use that ammount for next flight booking but when I tried booking from goibibo using my previous anmount, i found no option to use it. I complained goibibo from several channel(call/online portal/twitter/email) but no luck. I was then told that my ammount will be refund to me but it has been a month and I have not received my refund
