Sterling Holidays-Not answering call

Sterling Holidays provide free resort stay service. Sir I paid ₹3,00,000/- for membership. But till now almost 1.5 years completed they dont provide any facility to us. No one pick call. All time they tell us that all booked. No one pick my call no one takes complain. Please help us.
