Madhur courier services-Courier not delivered

I booked a parcel on 14 Oct 2020 for Jaipur which is still not delivered by the courier company. They are now saying that they dont serve at said location. My question is that then why they accept the parcel and dispatch the same to Jaipur. Its been 15 days . nobody is taking it serious . I dont have any idea about where is my parcel .
