Amazon-Received fake product from Amazon ordered hp laptop battery and received broken keyboard

I ordered hp laptop battery from Amazon but I received broken keyboard. I raised complaint in Amazon but they are raising only return request and pickup man denied to take it both time. They are not refunded my money yet. Amazon not doing quality check while shipping the product sending fake product.
