Then try to contact with customer. Care number, but no response. After that i sent email to the company regarding this issue. I ask them why you sent wrong item? During flight booking of indigo airlines, payment I have selected through BHIM upi but during payment by BHIM first time automatically came back and then second time gone successful but both time money deducted from my account. I asked BHIM, they are telling both transaction gone to indigo but when I contacted to indigo airlines they are received only one transaction, So I want refund of one transaction.
