I purchased a Eros comet metal 2 door wardrobe (Almirrah) , ordered online from Flipkart on 20th November 2020. Delivery done on 1st December 2020. After that, his technician visited 2 times for installation, but they were unable to assemble. From that day, I raised complain many times to assemble the same, but they didnt. Many times they committed to resolve my issue. But all the commitment were false. Now I am willing for refund.

I had placed order for mens wallet in first week of October, but I didnt receive the product from Myntra, instead I received only two jeans, which I didnt order. Now Myntras customer care is telling me that they have delivered the right product. But I have never received the product. And now they say that my money wont be refunded, nor I will get the wallet. Its a clear case of fraudulent.
I have purchased multiple products from Flipkart with a single transaction on 15th oct 2020 with order ID OD219960526350226000, now I want to return a single product from order section, but Whenever I am going to return the product it says the refund amount will gonna set off with other products, and you wont be able to get any refund and product will also taken back. I have tried calling their consumer care executive, but they always disconnect the call in between. I have recordings to prove.
