I have bought a new tailoring machine on 17.10.2020 with stand from Vignesh agency, Pondicherry. We did not used till now. Today we opened the machine and try to run it. But machine stand bottom connecting rod found with damage. We asked to come for service but they denied. Its hurting and we need the money back by returning it.

The company is not functioning in a proper way, no offer letter or joining letter and no salary for initial 45 days, after that they failed to give the proper monthly salary claiming office was not attain any profit.
