I was booked a hotel using Oyo customer care. They said we promise you and never u got cheat from hotel side. Yesterday 05-07-2022 is my check in date . So, I entered hotel and said my booking details. They told me to we not accept in Oyo booking. But my money Was debited to Oyo .so I ask again to Oyo that hotel management isnt allowing me. And tell that reasons they asked extra money. If they needs extra money then why allowing to book in Oyo then why they have partnership with oyo?
