Few channels in my were not coming so i called cable operator to fix the issue. Without checking first there in the office he said to check first at home. I requested that due to ongoing covid issue avoid coming to home and first check at your office and if problem can be resolved from there so do it from there itself. Also i check all the cables and fixtures at home and they are in order. And no wire is loose. The person came at home and due to mishandling caused damage to my TV

Dear sir BSNL UP east me main kayi saalon se bsnl ka user hun kayi baar complints kar chuka hun lekin iski service me koi sudhar nhin ho rha call drop ki problem k sath sath internet speed 2G ki v nhin mil rhi hai jabki pack inka 3G ka hota hai recharge kar lete hain lekin service dete nhin hai ya to co. Mera paisa wapis kare ya phir ye hamen plan k hisab se internet 3G speed de, is problem k karan mian co. K khilaf complaints kar rha hun.
On 18th oct,20, i got a message stating my PAYTM has been blocked please contact customer care no. 7478704864 immediately n your A/C will be suspended within 24 hrs. On Mon, 19th Oct 20, I got a call at 3:00 p.m. from the above no and 1725126014. he asked me to update my paytm KYC. While talking simultaneously he send me a link of Paytm kyc reverification link and siphoned off 18830 INR from my SBI Acct 30670502742. Txn ID- 31565450564 and 12048912074 to A/C of Sandhya Khetrapal
