I made an order from Phool.co website on 21 March 2021 which was supposed to be delivered by holi. There were no whereabouts of my product till 28 march 2021 and suddenly i received a mail that it has been delivered but the product was not delivered at the address and today on 4th april it was delivered. I have made numbers of calls and mails to both Phool and Xpressbees about the situation till 30th March but no reply from their side. the product was a holi gift and did not reach on time.
I was ordered one item as per their policy then one day they called nd told me I had received one car.for that they told me pay one by one amount.if I deny they told I will not recieved the previous money last 31st also they had taken 48248.
