Dear Sir I was submitted one PA claim ( intimate date 30/09/2019) vide policy numberOG-20-2405-1826-00002848 Bajaj Allianz GIC because company not settlement my claim . My son Prasanta Nath( insured person)was died on August 2019 one self motor cycle accident till now Guwahati Bajaj Allianz GIC office very deley I am not understand the cause. I am a very poor woman 65 years old and living village area from 60 km my house to Bajaj Allianz GIC office Guwahati. Please settlement my claim as soon as
I ordered a table from flipkart amounting to Rs 7190. But during installation by their own technicians several holes has been made in the table by their drilling machine and lower shelf has been broken. I filed a complaint then and there. But they are adamant and are not repaying me for damages made by their technicians. I either want replacement of the damaged table or total refund of the amount paid for the table.
I received a wrong item which I have ordered online. The payment mode was cash on delivery. I have mailed the customer care several times. But no response.
