Air India - Delayed flight

International flight from London to Delhi on 13.05.24 delayed by 2hrs, so I was unable to finish my domestic flights check on time. So lost flight. Air India crew refused to replace new ticket. So for full day, me and my family faced so many mental stress and we had big financial losses due to disconnection.

I have brought the chair on 12 sep 2023 the chair is in bad condition and not fullfill the customers need when i try to contact the vendor they are giving nothing but excuses. When I force to make chair better they said do own your own this is illogical statement from vendors I have slip of bill and everything it is on guarantee. Every day I contact there,answered by the new person after telling the issue they said we will send you technician who can fix it now its been a week nobody came.

i had transferred amount of rs.3.37.500/-(date 21 st of oct 2022 friday) by my bank account (09251870000725) but that amount transferred in wrong account (axis bank,a/c no-9210 2003 5943 419,a/c name-finserv services,ifsc code-utib0004857,branch-dibiyapur up,auraiya-205244) by mistake. Please return my money in my bank account as soon as possible it is my humble request to you.
