I had purchased MI SUPER BASS W/H PHONE RED, on 14-04-2021 and it is not working after 3 months. I reached nearest Xiaomi service center and they refused to replace my headphone which is still under Warranty. And giving reason that headphone ear cushion is tearing, but it is not tearing at all they are just fooling me and giving this stupid reason. I will attached headphone images for which they are denying to give replacement/refund.
The order ID-73154 was placed on 16 july 2021and ₹274 were paid via Paytm. But no order confirmation mail was received. The mails send to the sites mail id firstname.lastname@example.org remain undelivered. Paytm messages to the same number also got no reply.
