Bought royal Enfield hunter 350 on 08/09/2022. In which the train got damaged on the way due to technical fault on 28/09/2022. I have deposited the vehicle in the showroom on 28/09/2022. I had a prepaid order from Nykka which went undelivered to me. Nor did I receive any message or a call on the date of delivery from the agent. Also I was at home whole day so no point of missing out on the delivery agent. I raised this issue to Nykka but unfortunately they are saying it has been done form their end. I wish to see a proof of delivery from team Nykaa because I did not received my order and I want a refund of the same.
