Amazon - Recharge not done yet and didnt receive cashback

On 20 oct 2022 I do recharge from Amazon the transaction was completed but didnt received any benefit I call to them then he said you received cashback in two days but I didnt received cashback pls help me.

I am coming from pune(6. 00)to bhopal 8.30 by verma bus travel by MP04PA0693 They diverted the route of bus and in a village so they save toll taxes they load fruit box in a village and take 2-3 hour to do this work, due to this reason I am not able to reach bhopal on time I miss by train from bhopal to gwalior

I am using Bharat pe qr code in my shop since long time. Past 2 month i ordered speaker from his application. They told if I have problem in my speaker then his company replacement speaker. Then my speaker not working from 1 month. I request for replacement. His company gave me 10 days for replacement. The date was 8 October. But no response from his side. Then he gave 20 October for replacement. But today no response from his company . please strictaction against Bharat pe company .
